Snap got his Rally Novice title today. The big shock and awe for me was that he got a score of 99 in Rally Novice A, taking first place in the field of 12 dogs. Our two previous legs were in the high eighties. The judge actually told me that Snap got a perfect score. It was his handler (aka me) who lost a point in the halt, finish left, forward station... Because I "paused" before forward.
I'm a proud Mom at the moment. This was a great performance from my fellow who is known to be a BIG barker (as the Southern Sheltie Gathering folks can attest), as well as being both soft and reactive dog.
