Finally got the harness yesterday for Riley and after much adjustments it's on him and fits. May need more adjustments (his 'junk' is clear as is his poop chute) as he moves in it but he doesn't seem bothered by it at all.
I ordered it off eBay as a used harness and it was labelled as the Help Em Up harness but there were no tags on it. Very good quality though.

It's effortless to help him into a standing position and minimal strain on him.
Aside from the difficulty getting up off the floor and stairs he doesn't seem to be in any pain and I totally attribute that to the CBD oil he gets 3/day.
Speaking of that I need to make more so come Monday the house is going to smell like skunk (it's a long process of baking and then boiling it in an oil) but well worth the time (and only costs me about 45$ for a 3 month supply!).
