She is incredibly affectionate. She stands up on her back legs and hugs my hubby around his neck. Makes his heart melt. LOLCongratulations on your new arrival and how lovely that you are giving a rescue a home. It's such a lovely way to honour the memory of your Cassie. After all, if she hadn't been such a special dog then you wouldn't be looking at the same breed. Wish you many years of happiness with Sandy.

Indeed she does feel at home. And we feel like she has been with us at least a month instead of 7 days.

Sandi fits right in. We give her a lot of love and she pays pack. She is a huggy and kissy pet. Soooooooo loving. Aren't most Shelties like that???
