Sandstorm refusing to poop outside during rain storm

That is so sweet, the puppy taking and hugging the hat and flashlight when Dad goes to work. Does Dad know he does this? Mally will do his business when it is raining. I try to keep the umbrella over him as much as I can on walks. Most times if I tell him to go he will. Then I praise hime. He is not crazy about being in the rain, but enjoys getting dried off with a big towel when we come back in. Then for being a good-boy he gets a few treats. (it's a regular routine)

Yes, Dad knows!! We also should have named Sandstorm Rainstorm!!

Had to share this story as it totally relates to this thread...neither of my dogs have pooped since 7 a.m. because it is rainy and soggy.

Sigh--know what means? Potty break in the middle of the night for little Lexi, I'm sure.

Wish these dogs weren't so darn picky!

My Buddy dosent like to get his feet wet. If its raing he will hold it until I have to carry him out then he will hurry and do his doo. In fact the steps were wet today and he wouldt go out so I had to help him out...lol....he is sooo spoiled but I wouldnt have it any other way!

Had to take my two out in the rain this morning it was not a hard rain but enough that I took the umbrella and they did fine, Maggie could care less about rain and Zak does not seem to mind it. Maggie I have a hard time getting her back inside.
My friend in Tampa, her sheltie loves it so much that she wail stay out in it for hours.
