Wait is stay in position until I give you the next commandBonnie is 16 weeks old today. She knows sit, down, look (at me), stay, okay (release), come, up (onto lounge) and fetch. Although some better than others. The next ones I'll have to include are heel, stand, leave it and drop.

Wait is stay in the spot but you may sit, stand, or down or switch position til release.
Stay is remain in whatever I put you in -- sit, stand, or down -- until I release and try to move as little as possible.
