sheltie rescue on petfinder.com

I am getting a baby this time, they said they would find out the shipping procedure for me, it will be most probly more expensive than buying one from a breeder, but I am going to save a life, with the US economy like that there may not be that many people who are willing to adopt a puppy.

there are more than one baby on the petfinder site although most are in the US, there are a few adult ones and a few young ones also. I have set my heart on Rommie before I found out about the other slightly older ones.

I would have helped the seniors but I can't make myself go through losing a sheltie too soon, maybe later on when I have settled down with the crying then we can help some older ones...
 
he is coming!!

I just got email from the shelter today that they are planning on sending him to me next wed! i am so excited i can't wait to hold the little baby boy!
so it will be a very busy weekend cleaning out stuff and putting crate together and getting more baby food and feeding bowls and stuff, went shopping last week but i got more toys than necessary for him :wink2:
since there's not much hiccups i guess my old boy wasnt mad at me getting a puppy after all....
