Small Re-Introduction

Thanks for the congratulations. I like your breeder's theme Barb! And Bacca being the god of wine is great! Jillian told me people are going to start talking with all these strong alcoholic beverages hanging around our house.

This pup is a total trouble maker though...for about the first 12 hours he was quiet...now not so much. He's bolting around the house leaping onto furniture already. And...I'm not sure our area rug is going to live much longer he finds it very fun to grab a string and take off with it thus the ripping noise finds Jill's ears and I must protect my little guy from her wrath :uhoh:. It's excellent I'll talk to him and he'll answer back with little "boofs". Totally taken with him if it is not obvious.

Also not a fan of higher education...as you can see he's very close to lunging at my book bag in that picture.

 How clever of him  to make you think he was all quiet and shy until he got comfortable and now the zoomies start!!!

Ah the old 'but I only grabbed one dad' trick. Works every time just ask Sca :o

He is just too cute for words! And lots of personality too, obviously!! If you want to salvage the rug, you might roll it up and retire it to a safe place until puppyhood passes, and get an I-don't-care-about-it temporary. Barkley enjoyed decimating the throw rugs in my bathroom...he'd pull them up loop by loop until we had great bald spots on them. I bought replacements and he's three now, but I'm still waiting to put them down. Whenever he gets mad at me, I find another loop or two! :uhoh:

He sounds lso much like Diva. She talks and grunts when I talk to her and she is getting petting. She bounces off the furniture and is convinced if she runs fast enough she will fly.:smile2: Such a fun dog though.

I am so very happy for you getting another Sheltie after the loss of Moonshine. It sure sounds like Whiskey is going to be a fun puppy and already brings you Sheltie joy!!! She is a real cutie pie.

Congrats on finding Whiskey...its funny how they can steal a place in your heart and make everything feel ok...:smile2:
Love the Drinking theme....although nothing beats my family my poor nephews name is Jack Daniels...:rolleyes2: The poor priest at his christening almost hit the floor when he read it outloud for the parish:eek2::lol:

Very funny story. Thanks for posting it.

Oh my! My husband's cousin has a son (her ninth child) whose name is Jack Daniels. I thought he was the only one. Your nephew doesn't happen to live in Philly, does he :confused2:
