SOS! When does adolescence end? LOL!

When our neighbor redid their roof I thought Asta was going to lose her mind. She could see the people up on the roof which un-nerved her, plus she is scared to death of the sound of nail guns. She spent one day at a friend's house just to get away from the noise!

Sharon, what does she do when she’s scared like that?
 
Asta passed away some years ago I'm sorry to say. She would cringe and try and run away and hide, and/or bark frantically, ears laid back flat.
