Spring Rally Trial

You both look fantastic, beautiful tight work.

I hadn't realised Cran was so big, or maybe it's because I've been watching Crufts and those British dogs are so small.

Btw - what are the acronyms? I thought RM was masters, RE excellent, don't know about RA but then how could you do all three in one day. Been some years since I did rally and I've forgotten.
thanks:yes:
Cran is almost 18" at the shoulder so very likely much larger than the British dogs.......

RM is Rally Master, RE is Rally Excellent, RA is Rally Advanced.
Prior to November 2017, there were only 3 classes, Excellent, Advanced and Novice and only Novice was on leash. Now there are 2 additional classes, Master and Intermediate. Intermediate is the same course as Advanced except that it is on leash and there is no jump.
The highest title at that time was RAE which required 10 QQs in Exc and Adv.
Master is 10 Qs but AKC also added the RaCH title. To get the Rally Champion title, you need 20 QQQs (RM, RE, RA) and 300 points with 150 of those points from the Master class. Points are based on scores so you need to score over 91 to acquire points.
We did the Master class for fun when it was first offered and I had already planned to do another RAE- mostly to qualify for Rally Nationals but turns out all those triple Qs count towards his RaCH. He has 13 QQQs and 100+ points but we need like 140 points from the Master class to get his title.

Bravo!!!! Wow!!! So much to be proud of! Great team and so happy for you!! That dog will give you a RACH!!! Keep up the great work!!!
