Teddy had a set back.

Thanks for the picture, sorry to say it made me smile. Teddy is still in his hard plastic 1 looking like he doesn't have a friend anymore.
This morning it looks much better than when we found him chewing on his fur. In my humble observation it looks like he finished flattening the lump. it's raw skin but skin colored so more ointment and try to get back in his good graces.
He has learned tha the cone is a great raming device. Woke me three times last night by raming into the bottom of my feet :)
Now just digging is left....

Oh I'm sorry, Ron. It's a real pain when the inflatables won't work, we've had that happen occasionally too. I'd suggest the soft cone as an alternative if that's worth a try (Amazon) but this is what Checkers did with that years ago in a matter of minutes after having it on. Might be worth a try though? I had one of those for Gavin. he wore it without issue. But it IS heavy. poor Pico couldn't wear it very well. It is more comfy for sleeping on though :)

Location is everything, When I tried his old blowup he could still hit the spot. Never fear he has really turned the hard plastic one into a weapon of mass destruction LOL

Gavin managed to use his to scrape off the cornstarch covering on his leg (when he was undergoing radiation).
They had to up him to an XL cone...on a 30lb sheltie no less.
Pico hadn't leaned that...yet.

Well guess 2 can play that game :) It has changed enough I want him looked at again and see if he needs something different done.
The bump is completely gone, the skin area is completely skin colored no redness ,It is slightly sore ,he reacted by turning his head when I touched a sore spot while cleaning him up tonight. And the antibiotic cream sticks to hair so he has lost more.
Time for a recheck.

Me too but never seen anything like this happening. He has an appointment this am. I called as soon as they opened and said he needs to be seen and they wanted wound picture first, then said to keep the cone on him they sent home with him. The cone I got out of my supplies in the basement.
Thanks for everyone's support,I really appreciate it.
