Three more sleeps....

According to the thread -- these 2 little blue girls are 1 day apart. I think Judy's is the 15th and this pup is the 16th?

It's like Cubby and Baker only a few days apart!

My girl was born on the 15th so they only one day apart. It will be fun to watch them both grow along with all the other new babies.

Good. It will be much easier "elective" than gutted fish. When I was in hospital with this, what my family didn't tell me is that the guy that bought my grandfather's mobile home (just a few months earlier) had put off his surgery too and it blew and killed him. He died while I was in the hospital. They didn't tell me until I got home from surgery.

You will be recovered by the time the pup comes and it will make the new pup business easier by far. Just the anesthesia and the weakness brought on by any surgery takes a little out of you. I had laparoscopic appendectomy and upon waking I told them I could do those any day of the week compared to my gutted fish experience.

My favorite Puppy Poem

This has been around for years ... in my excitement I'll post it here to share!
===============================

Don't smell crotches, don't eat plants.
Don't steal food or underpants.
Don't eat my socks, don't grab my hair!
Don't rip the stuffing from the chair.
Don't chew my shoes, what is this mush?
Eat your cookies, drink your drink,
Outta the toilet! Outta the sink!
Away from the litterbox, it's for the cat.|
(And must you kiss me after that!?)
Raising a puppy is not for the lazy,
Those rugrats are funny but also quite crazy.
Don't despair through the toil and the strife,
Cause after three years, you'll get back your life.
So let's go for walkies so you can do your "thing."
And maybe I'll get back my good diamond ring!

Thank you, that is all. :)

I want a puppy, I want a puppy, I want a puppy, oh I could go on all day saying i want a puppy! It's not in the plans for us for a few years so I will be needing plenty of pics of all of these new sweeties!

TWO More Sleeps!!!!

I'm giddy! Two more sleeps and I see her! :)

I've been singing this song... "Will she be pretty, will she be sweet? Ka Sera Sera, whatever will be will be... the future's not ours to see Ka Sera, Sera!"

We got to meet Zak's litter when they were 5 weeks old. Had an idea which one we wanted, saw them again at 6 weeks and then at 8 weeks after our breeder made her choice...of course Zak was out of running for her since he was to big. Was such fun to see them week to week and see the changes.
