Well, we can do the same Hanne. Its ultimately up to the owner of the puppy. Latest research is that the earlier an owner starts socialization the better. The risk of not socializing at these ages you mention outweighs the slight chance of a puppy getting a disease. After the first set of shots Minnie's breeder and vet encouraged us to take Minnie lots of places and to meet people and dogs, within reason ofcourse, common sense prevails!So adorable
- here in our country I am so lucky
- that I can take my puppies everywhere, from i pick them up as 8 weeks.
Of course, I take into account that everything is on the puppy's primes
- so i do not miss the very important period of socialization from 8-12 weeks.
