Tomorrow may be the day

Best wishes for Buddy on his journey. It's nice that you're thinking of having someone come to the house, so he can be relaxed not stressed out. I'm sorry you're losing him but glad you got ten years to love him, and gave him a safe loving home that he needed.

It is always hard and if you can let him go on his journey at home it will make it easier for both of you. My thoughts are with you both.

The vets moved the appointment up, and that was okay as the waiting was bad. I was outside taking him for a walk when they pulled up and they saw how he was having trouble getting around.

After examining him the vet agreed that the best decision was to let him go. He went peacefully and quietly in a place he felt safe. I was petting and telling him I loved him and he was a good boy when he passed. It is so hard saying goodbye but I'm so glad I found Housepaws ... they were so understanding, respectful and kind about the whole thing.

Rest in Peace, my dear Buddy. You did not have a good beginning in life but I did everything I could to make sure you knew you were loved from the day that you came into my life to the day you crossed the bridge.

Until we meet again ....

I am so sorry for your loss but glad you found a compassionate vet to come to where he felt safe and comfortable. :hugs

I am so sorry. I know you gave Buddy a most wonderful life in your home and he was able to pass where he was happiest. He was a most lucky sheltie to have you.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Keep all of the good memories close to you.
