My Bacca, who comes from championship lines on both sides and whose siblings also made champion had hound ears as well.
Apparently, it is a trait that recurred periodically in the line and is somewhat know in the breeding circles. I doubt its the same line as you are in Poland.
Had I known though, I would have tried bracing his ears with tape instead of just tipping them. By the time I figured out they weren't going to stand, it was too late. I call him my Eeeyore, btw, because his floppy ears give him such a sad sack face@ And when he trots, his ears flap! Truly!
Unfortunately, I think 9 months is too old to really make a difference. But if you love the pup and love the personality, even though you wanted to show, I wouldn't let that stop you. But if showing is your primary goal, then you might want to rethink.
