Updated Recall Information

What's this? I didn't hear anything about this one? And why would it be so isolated in Quebec....same manufacturer or is this another one?
 
Dog food advisor sent me a new email with the new recall. It also mentioned a new person in Quebec hospitalized making it five in Quebec.
 
Asking again....what is the brand? Is this more Diamond or another? The sooner I can get the info, the sooner I can pass on to HO and get product pulled if necessary....
 
I don't think another food has been recalled at the moment, but what Danny'smom is saying is more people have contradicted Salmonella from dog food.
 
There are many owners of dogs that don't have a clue they are feeding their dogs contaminated food. Of course they are handling the food and everyone gets sick. I have been amazed just by chatting with doggie owners how many don't know about the recalls.

Petfood Direct sends me alerts, thank goodness for them. They list the foods that are contaminated as many of you know.
 
I just compared my my new email alert from dog food advisor with the names of the products on the first page of this thread. There are no new products. I guess the advisory was about more people getting ill and being hospitalized. This new email was a bit confusing and I couldn't figure out if a new product was recalled. It didn't say which food got the people in Quebec sick. But it was a product made by Diamond's facility.

It was confusing to me too, until I realized the reason the food was the same is because they are recalling it from another plant... I'm thinking one in MO.

Exactly. Now they're releasing animals have died from this recall....

so sad..... I'd be devastated if my animal died from feeding it something I thought was safe... ugh... makes me worry even more about feeding my cat kibble....
