When is it too much?

Do you have the name? I can run it by my vet, she is on urisidol (sp) right now for the gallbladder so she is already drinking tons of water...shes like a camel..

The enzyme isn't supposed to make them thirsty, it's why my vet was very surprised. I wish it didn't make him so thirsty, otherwise, it'd work. Sigh.

On the container, it says Viokase-V Powder/oz. No clue what all that means, but that's what was given to Miko. But I figure it's a thought if Molly isn't keeping food in her. If you're like me, you're probably willing to try anything, as long as the vet okay's it. :hugs to you and Molly.

:hugsthanks everyone for the suggestions!!! I'll be looking into it all!!! Someone also suggested Denamarin which is Sam E and milk thistle...they said they've had good results with it..:fl
Shes still got a bit of kick still left in her, shes a tough little girl as she chewed one of the puppies toy this morning and then tonight went to rip Six's face off because he was being obnoxious!!:wink2: So shes still telling me she isnt ready to give up yet, so i'll keep going!!

Linda, I'm sorry to hear Molly's having such a hard time. I'm surprised your vet said he hasn't had much success with GB removal. Edan had to have his removed a few years ago and has been fine. I'm sure he has his reasons however.

I do wish you and Molly the best during the difficult time. It is without a doubt the most difficult time to be a pet owner. I'll keep you both in my thoughts and prayers.

She does sound like she still has some spunk left. Don't give up just yet, she could possible rally, one never knows these things.

Gotta love Molly's spunk. :)

Aw, Linda, it's so hard! All I can add is, watch Molly's eyes. They truly are the soul's window. :hugs

I'm glad she's doing better, Linda, and I hope those supplements help; they're good suggestions. The probiotic is great too. One day at a time...you are doing everything you can. Sending you hugs. :hugs
