Winston, sable, male, San Marcos Texas pound

So cute! Good for ASR and of course, Danny's mom for getting the ball rolling. Man, your stats are awesome! :biggrin2:

Both Winston and Snickers testing came back heartworm NEGATIVE!!! Such good news. Snickers has one blue eye, sable merle. Beautiful girl!

What a relief! No heartworms. Snickers is a cutie pie even though she looks scared to death. And Winston looks pretty calm. So glad they got out of the pound so quick. Thanks for the update Mike.

Winstone update

Hi all,

Here's Winston all cleaned up and vetted. This guy is just beautiful, I can't imagin who could have given him up. He'll have a new forever in no time.

Snickers has been adopted! They changed her name to Carrie! Here is a pic of what she looked like leaving the pound, and now, when she was adopted.

Let's pray Winston finds his fur-ever family soon!

Wow ,look how happy she is- what a difference !!! You all who work so hard in rescue are the BEST.

Look how beautiful... ASR and their volunteers, and fosters are the best! I want a sable merle after seeing Snickers. (I like the name Snickers… myself). So glad she got her second chance… and just think, the shelter wasn’t going to post her as a sheltie and ASR picked her up when they rescued Winston. Things happen for a reason… Hugs Snickers.
