You really can't see much, but whay yoou do see is lovely. We got ours because we wanted martingales, the kangaroo lasts a long time and wears well, and because we wanted something light that wouldn't mess the ruff fur. We're thrilled with ours! :yes:
 
I liked mine, too... for the two or three days it lasted. Pierre was wearing it and playing with Duncan, who at the time was teething. He REALLY liked the taste of the kangaroo and snipped it in the two seconds it took for me to see him chewing (while still ON Pierre) and rush over. *sigh*

They don't have guarantees for that kind of thing. My fault, though, for not thinking of the puppy who might want a chewy.

Justice had a beautiful red,white and blue kangaroo lead that he got when I started showing him in obedience. It survived all the way though utility and half of his UDX until Ember got it and chewed it into 5 pieces.:mad: He has another one but it isn't as fancy.

I love the Leashes by Design product. My boys have been wearing their's proudly for over a year.

No matting, and yes, they do tend to bury in the ruff, but's that's the whole point. I think CalliesMom went with the whole meal deal and got the collar AND the leash! I'm very jealous!

RetiredProf....you opted NOT for the martingale! How come? The snap collar is new, I think.

Well, so much for my patience. Yes, Gus got his birthday gift early. I had to check for size--just in case there was a problem. :winkgrin:

Anyway, it's terrific. Fits perfectly. It just settles into the ruff like I wanted.

Barb: I needed a "stay on 24/7" collar for his tags. I have a nylon martingale that does double-duty for Gus and Dee at this point (I slip it on in addition to their tag collars), but my plan is to have Shannon make an "all-in-one" martingale/leash.

Ahh, more money. Hey, it's still cheaper than college tuition!

Uuum! I have my pups tags attached to their margtingale....doesn't seem to impact how they operate. I just attach the tag to the bottom loop. Easy!

yep- collar and matching leash- everyone can see the leash- even if the collar is hidden in all that fur. Callie has proudly sported her LBD set at all her rally competitions :smile2:
