zak's first private lessons

Had a friend come over to start giving Zak and I obedience lessons and I say I as I need the training as much as he does. I did learn today that he has a weak back leg and back muscles she said I need to start walking him out on the street more to strengthen him more. She said it is most likely because he does not get the play the needs with Maggie. Makes a lot of sense to me. I told Mark he needs a puppy!!! LOL did not get a response yet.
I will work with him more and she will come every other week. I also told Irene I would send her the link to the forum.
She also grooms Zak for me today she just brushed him out and trimmed his ears
 
It sounds like you're off to a good start with a very knowledgeable trainer. I know what you mean about needing the training as much as your dog. I'm certain I need more training than my dog. :winkgrin:

Sounds like you'll really learn a lot.

You can also help to strengthen Zak's back and legs by teaching him tricks like sit up.
