Has anyone ever experienced slipped discs in their Sheltie. CeCe went in to the vet last week when we noticed she wasn't acting right, he took x-rays, and told us she had some spaces in her spine. He gave us tramadol and said it should get better in 7-10 days. But she still isn't acting...

I am so sorry for your loss, I only recently fell in love with Jasper on his "play dead" video, and I can't believe you have to go though this... My deepest sympathy to you.

OMG, the noises CeCe makes when she is begging for a treat, whines and growls, barks and whimpers- anything to get your attention, and it's just that she truly, truly believes that she deserves one, and has no ideas why she isn't getting her way!

CeCe = Poopyhead

Yes, I have caught CeCe indulging in poopcicle lately, I call her a "poopyhead" and have her come inside, She adores being outside, so it's kind of like punishment. My favorite part?.... is when CeCe comes inside she goes straight for DH and gives him a big smooch!!...:winkgrin:

Isn't it great to have a friend the will enjoy the same hobbies and things as you do! Welcome and enjoy, that is a puppy face that would make anybody take notice. I'm glad he found you.

As usual, I missed a good party. (It had something to do with fixing the big hole in the front of the garage.) But, it sounds like everyone had a great time and the food and wine were excellent. Please accept my late apologies for not being able to attend, I missed a great opportuny to learn...
