3yr. old in HIGH KILL SHELTER IN CA.

Keep checking back...I'm hoping they will get pictures up soon. They seem kind of slow. I think those two should have been posted Saturday. The owners have probably been looking for them all week end! Hopefully.

I certainly will keep checking back. Sure hope you're right and the owners are looking for them. Being the dogs are picked up from the distances away that they are...I wonder if the owners even know where to look. I guess if they contact their local animal control, they'll be given the info.

I'm going to have no fingernails left! :(

I think there are going to be a lot of us in that condition.

The San Diego branch of SSR is working with the shelter staff who have agreed to pull our dog for them first thing this morning as long as no one else is trying to pull him.

They will pick him up today and take him to their vet to be checked out and nuetered.

I asked her to let me know when he is safely with the rescue group. When I get that word from her, I will immediately let all of you know.

Hang tough and KEEP PRAYING!!!

Waiting for the good news. The sheltie I found at the dog pound in Michigan and tried to adopt but it fell through wound up finally at Mi. Sheltie rescue after many calls and visits by me. She was recently adopted.

Oh good. I'm glad to hear that SD SSR may be able to pull the dog because this is getting crazy!!! To say now you have to wait until Thursday? Yikes!!! Let me know if there's anything I can do from my end. About any of the dogs. Otherwise......hoping for a great outcome.

Wow I am really on pins and needles too waiting to hear about this darling boy. Please let the shelter give him to SSR! He has the best chance of a great home that way.

Hard to imagine you can get so involved with dogs you never will meet, but there it is. Shelties in need just get to me.

This is the latest on our Devore dog. The rescue should have pulled him by now. I can't seem to get that confirmed.

The shelter is saying he's still there, but my rescue contact says that might just mean he hasn't been removed from their system yet.

The rescue contact is supposed to get word from the volunteers to let her know which one of their vets he has been taken to.

She told me, when she can confirm that they have this dog, she'll post it on FB.

They had over 100 calls about this dog. It made their communication difficult. I am so grateful that she chose to include me in her communications.

If I hear anything else, I'll let you know. But for now I'm watching FB just like I'm sure you all will be.
