I have been contacted by a couple that needs to find a new home for their Sheltie.
Rafa is a three year old male sheltie that they have had for about six weeks. They obtained him from a couple that recently divorced so returning him to his previous owner is not possible. From the description they gave he is a tri (black and caramel with white paws and tip of the tail), well behaved and knows some commands but has a typical sheltie temperment, high energy, but well behaved.
They live in a condo and work long hours and their 8 year terrier doesn't have the same energy level and will not play with Rafa despite his best efforts.
The current owners say he is current on his shots and is in good health. He was well behaved on his visit to the groomer. They also have his papers, but didn't say if he has been spayed.
If anyone is interested in giving this guy a furever home or knows someone that is, let me know and I'll put you in contact with the current owners.
