Accident in the house

I will definitely keep an eye on him and monitor him for the next week or so.

I'd keep an eye on him especially since he just had surgery. Could have been an accident due to playing, could be a UTI. Is he on any meds such as prednisone?

He's not on any meds right now, but I have to admit that I'm a bit more worried since he's still "recovering" from his surgery.

Sounds similar to Bentley. He was humping and then peed out of no where. My best guess is maybe he had an itch or something

Well, hopefully he "scratched the itch" and it won't happen again!

I call these accidents "operator error" because it's usually due to my forgetting walkies time. I walk mine every 6 hours regardlesss (except at night)

That was the weird thing...he had been out probably 4 hours beforehand...and this is the dog that can hold it 24 hours if it's raining

Personally, I would put it down to 'one of them things', but file it away for future reference just in case!

Cadbury does, unfortunately, have accidents, usually when left alone and he is spooked. He doesn't like the dark so with winter now coming I will have to watch it because if he gets scared he just pees. In fact he had an accident only a few weeks ago, middle of the day when I left the guys for a couple of hours to go out for lunch. Came back to a couple of damp dogs because the kitchen isn't all that big and when Cadbury pees he pees!

Yes, it happens -- especially with little boys. Obviously his entire urological system got revved up, and poor Beltly was caught short. I wouldn't fuss.

Mikos did this about a month ago. I got home from work and he was running around then all of a sudden started to pee and continued all the way out the door as I shooshed him outside. In our case hubby had been home all day and it turns out that it had been quite a while since the dogs had been out, apparently they didn't ask to go out

These work great to "remind" boys that it is not nice to pee in the house...you end up peeing on yourself. Eeekkkkk..

So many of the show people that have intact males, and want them to enjoy being part of the family, say these work great. You can also google and find a pattern to make them.
