Agility Training Video

I enjoyed the video as well... in particular the pinwheel and serpentine (or maybe half of a serpentine ???) jumps. I'm impressed by how relaxed you look on course.
 
for sure Athena looks like a lil firecracker :)
I can't wait to paly a little with agility... I just enrolled Toffee and I for our first ever class in May...

Athena has no trouble with the A frame...that one scares me but she just bounced right up!
