Thanks to this thread, I got a hol-ee roller and filled it with a plastic cat toy. And Buffy does LOVE it. But somehow she has managed to chew off some of the little plastic pieces of the cat toy, so I'm not sure about that toy. Maybe we need to find a new thingy to put inside.

I put on of Bumpers little jingle balls insode of our holy roller for the puppies here,they hav'ent tried getting it out.The holy roller is a huge favorite here,right along with thier Skinz toy.They have the skunk skinz
 
I'm going to look for the Holy Roller, Skinz and the Alligator looks to cute. Not sure if Kina will play with any of them, as right now her favourite thing to play with is Bailey:lol:.

We got our holy roller at Tractor Supply store. They carry Skinz to.I would think that any good pet supply store would carry them. Pretty sure amazon has them to.

Noah loves tennis balls..I have never seen a sheltie with such an obsession with them...I would swear hes part lab if I didn't know better...all day long he wants you to throw the ball...

My previous sheltie, Maxey, was ball obsessed. However, she was very picky about the kind of ball she wanted to play with. Not only did they have to be a soft hollow ball, but she had a preference to color. She would show-boat when catching. She would put a spin, catching in the air when playing in the house. She also wasn't food obsessed. However, she loved if you brought her home a new toy. So she had quite a collection. She never destructed her toys and would get upset if another dog came over and touched her toys.

The first sheltie thought it was beneath her to play. The current one plays but after a while it must get boring so she'll quit. I bought her the babble ball, but she doesn't really play with it. However, she has a massive collection thanks to Maxey's obsession.

These are all favourites here! I stuffed the holy roller with a smaller cat jingle ball (I think this was Vicky's idea?) and Bacca was in heaven.

The boys love their Skinz - we have two ducks and a really sad looking chipmunk right now.
