Concerned about Chandler's Pot Belly

I'll be thinking of you as well. Days such as today bring back so many memories for all of us that have been in your shoes..and will be again some day. I think I'm safe in saying that we are all with you in heart.

Dear St. Francis,
You who care for all living creatures, please watch over Chandler as he crosses over the Rainbow Bridge. Stand in the meadow awash with flowers, with Lacey by your side, to greet this precious boy as he steps from illness to eternal health. Comfort Dawn as she bids farewell to her precious boy, and remind her that it will seem but the twinkling of an eye until she holds her Shelties once again. For as the Good Shepherd teaches, love is eternal.
In His name we ask,
Amen

Heavenly Father

Dawn is hurting right now as she has had to say goodbye to her beloved Chandler. I would ask you to wrap Your loving arms around her and comfort her as only You can bring comfort. I know that You will walk beside her over the next while as she grieves. Help her to remember the good times with Chandler. Let her know that we are upholding her with our prayers.

Thank you

Amen

I so remember how this feels, just let our dear Kelly go this time last year after 14 years of love and devotion.

His eyes said it all; along with a thank you and last message that it's time for me to go now. I found this poem which helped me to cry and somehow mend....still makes me cry a year latter.

May I Go?
May I go now?
Do you think the time is right?
May I say goodbye to pain filled days
and endless lonely nights?

I've lived my life and done my best,
an example tried to be.
So can I take that step beyond
and set my spirit free?

I didn't want to go at first,
I fought with all my might.
But something seems to draw me now
to a warm and loving light.

I want to go. I really do
. It's difficult to stay.
But I will try as best I can
to live just one more day.

To give you time to care for me
and share your love and fears.
I know you're sad and afraid,
because I see your tears.

I'll not be far, I promise that,
and hope you'll always know
that my spirit will be close to you
wherever you may go.

Thank you so for loving me.
You know I love you, too.
That's why it's hard to say goodbye
and end this life with you.

So hold me now just one more time
and let me hear you say,
because you care so much for me,
you'll let me go today.
