Cranberry in AL

 I think a lot of them do...kind of like Peter Pumpkin. They did a lot of great things for the breed.

Bentley has Piano Man, Maserati, Glen Hart Grand Prix, Canden Coming Home, One Day at a Time to name a few.

Bacca has all of those as well. All of these on his Mom's side - Laureate Rachel Ray. Nice to have a connection on his Mom's side, because so far, most of it has been through his sire, Shelhaven Alaris (Alex)

Have you some photos? Be interesting to compare how our pups look. Who is the sire?

These dogs don't show up in Bentley's pedigree until about 6 generations back. But, interestingly enough, they show up on both his sire and his dam's side. From both sides there is a lot of Jade Mist in the past couple generations.

Do you all have your dogs on Pedigreelines? Right now, I have Bentley on there under his registered name (Coastal's Blue Train Special).

I haven't put Phebe on either, since she's spayed. If we ever get any agility or obedience titles, I may since that would look good for her dam.

I put Bentley on there before he had any agility titles. And even now, he only has 2 starters titles! I just like to see his entire history on there, even if he won't ever be bred. I guess I could look it up through his parents, but I really like to see the "whole picture". :)

Yes he is! :biggrin2: That's funny... I've never really read about him... could explain some things why these puppies and the puppies from my previous litter loves to play in water! Both litters were related... my previous litter was sired by CH Carmylie Nandina 'Scuse my Dust... and this litter dam, Macy is sired by him.. and their sire, Player, is grandsired by him... and through him is where Pow comes in. Pow is actually in there quite a few times!

cool- now I don't have to look
no snow here- (pheww)- but tons of rain today- Cranberry didn't like going through the waterfall off the porch roof but didn't mind the wetness otherwise. not too happy about the chilliness forecast for tomorrow- still warmer than the GWN but too cool for us southerners.
not too sure if it's noticeable in the new pix but Cranberry's ears are free- arrgghhhh. I'll be checking in with local sheltie trainer about assisting with re-glueing.

Bacca's not on pedigree lines because he's fixed, but three of his siblings are there: Ruffleith's Remi Martin, Rose in Bloom and Tinta Ruffette

p.s. corbinam....I cut and pasted it into a Word document before his littermates were added. You could do the same and paste the geneology together!

Zak has a lot of Macdega and I think he is going to look alot like his grandsire on his mom's side Macdega Notorious. His daddy is Rossmor Protocol. It is fun to see who is in their past. Maggie has Macdega in her lines.
