That bed is actually Happy's bed- he curls up in it and is quite happy. There are 5 other beds readily available- if they can all agree on who is going to be where

I noticed Mr. Cranberry wears his dog tags and has a wired crate. Make sure you take off his collar before he goes in his crate because they can get stuck in the wires and he can injure himself. You may already be doing this, but I just wanted to remind you just in case...
