Cranberry in AL

Looks like he has pa wrapped around his paw and a best buddy in Marley

yep- Pa was definitely wrapped around the paw- but Pa has returned to PA and sadly best buddy Marley lives up there too. we'll have to find some other playmates. he did have a good romp with a corgi after puppy class on Sat- that was good for him :smile2:

I love how his head is split by his blaze - Sable on one side and Sable Merle on the other.

I was just looking at some of is puppy pictures, is the merleing on his body still as prominent?

haven't had time to do new pix- all weekend at my club's agility trial and puppy classes hasn't left much time for the computer. Classes are going well though. One of the trainers is in my club and told us to stay after the obedience class so we could start agility training. so we've had 2 classes for agility so far. mostly getting Cranpup to follow and play games. this week after the trial, a lot of the equipment was not re-set so we did the very low A-frame and very low teeter so we have started on contacts (2o2o). I know that there's tons more to learn and sometimes I forget what is for which class. but seems the Cranpup so far is not bothered by noise and excitement. He still wants to play with every dog he sees and thinks all people have good stuff for him. All the sheltie people at the trial thought he was great and that he was very cute. One did think that he's going to be a big boy- I hope not too big cause I love snuggling with him and picking him up to love on him. anyway, that's what we've been up too- maybe we'll get some time for the pix soon

first bath

so really haven't had to give the Cranpup a bath yet- dirt just falls away and he's never smelled so didn't bother. but these pix are from 27 March- was Cran's last Petsmart puppy class so wanted him to look good for the pix. so no pix while in the tub- turns out that even though he likes water when he wants to get wet- not so much with the bath. so after bath pix:

Puppy class graduation

well, we had evaluation night at puppy class on the 27th of March. the instructor took each puppy and handler out into the store to do the things that we learned in class. we were next to last out of our large class of 4. It sounded like Cranberry was the only pup to actually do everything out in the store from the way that the other pup-parents talked. and when we were all back in the ring, the instructor had the pups perform a trick that we had taught them- she told us that a couple classes before that we'd need to do that. I had been teaching Cranberry spin and twirl in class from probably the second week- just luring him into circles. figured I'd get it under control while he was still a puppy. so I think Cranberry was head of the class :biggrin2:
