I would suggest you glue the ears straight down, meaning not the tips glued to the inside corners. The way they are glued right now, the ear tips will be angled inward when not glued.

Really?! The only reason I did not do that was because I was afraid she would have hound dog ears if I folded them all the way over.

I don't think they are saying that you need to make the crease farther down, just that you need to change the angle of the "point" to be straight down. Fluffy's ears point inward where you have glued them. Diva's are glued so that the tip points straight down. The break in Fluffy's ears isn't in the wrong spot, you just need to change the angle.
