I also trust my dogs more than my own judgement sometimes. I tend to see only the good in poeple no matter what, so it is nice to have a skeptic on my side. Duncan hasn't taken a disliking to anyone yet, but Pierre has! He did not like our upstairs neighbor in our old apartment complex. Of coure, we didn't either! That's the only person Pierre has hated.

This is something I've been dealing with since day one with our new rescue. She HATES my dad. She HATES my step dad. My step dad has been relocated and is staying with us until my mom moves out west...he's been here for about 10 days and she still barks like a crazed maniac at him. The only time she doesn't bark is when he sits down. As soon as he stands she turns crazy again. He's tried petting her, giving her treats, even ignoring her...thank goodness he is patient with her!
