You mean someone has a Sheltie that doesn't bark
Mine crack me up, because they know that in Obedience, we do not talk until the end, except for the VERY few vocal commands. Hence....they are quiet. Rally and Agility FORGET IT. Since we are using our happy voices the whole time, it creates such enthusiasm out of my girls that they just chat up a storm during their entire lesson. It is really funny to watch.
No, I mean a someone with a Sheltie who doesn't insight people to call the ASPCA! LOL!
The trainer said that Ellie would probably do well and have fun with agility. I kind of wanted to do obedience with Ellie like I did with Honey, THIRTY YEARS AGO!!
The trainer said she thought Ellie would be bored to tears with obedience because it is a drill type activity and that she would become bored or scream, lol. She thought the high activity level of agility would be better suited to her personality. We are going to look into agility clubs in the area if there are any and see if we can test the waters.
