Drooling, Vomiting, Unable to walk

That video is heartbreaking. If my little boy was going through this I would be bawling my eyes out, I love him so. Your guy will be in my prayers.
I had a siamese that had something like this called the spins it was vestibular they said, it looks like a stroke almost, he was 15 and old and it took a few days and he was fine and never had another episode again.

This has some symptoms: this lady has a video of her dog with vestibular disease but it isnt as bad as coopers, but she has some interesting things she notes about not all vets know about it. She has some links

I haven't seen the video, for some reason not coming up for me. May I suggest you start a log book for your baby. In it, include everything he has contact with. That includes everything in your house, car and outside. Anything you might use in the enviroment he lives in, if your neighbours sprayed for weeds, and topical pet meds or products.
Years ago, my dogs became very ill from eating asian beetles. Fortunately I went back to see my old boss when the current vet was unable to diagnose why everyone was getting sick and Jim, bless him, asked me if I were dealing with these insects. Yup, it was a banner year for them. Because the dogs just licked them up and swallowed, the toxins that stop birds from eating them was being deposited in the stomach. It's amazing what we take for granted that can harm our pets.
I'll be thinking good thoughts and hoping you get to the bottom of this quickly. You must be terrified for your little furry friend.
 
Oh that looks identical to when my old dog Lacy had Vestibular Syndrome! She'd flop around like a fish out of water and then would be kinda off for a day or 2 and then be fine again. Any signs of fluid in the inner ear or anything like that? What kind of food doe she eat? Perhaps try grain free food?
 
Callie had an inner ear infection and had issues like that- balance and potty problems. it also affected her appetite- she got better with prednisone and antibiotics.

I couldn't open the video either, but I agree. Keep a log. I wish I had been more diligent with Bacca.

Glad you're seeing a Vet about this, hope it all works out soon.
I second the looking at the food to research.
A friend of mine had similar issues with her young golden, she switched to a raw grain free diet and it helped in that case.
