Excitement for Kindergaten

Congrats!

You've obviously done alot of work with him already, which had him well prepped for class!

I can't say the same for Bacca....his first, and second, and maybe even the third class were an embarrassment! He just wanted to play!
 
Sca was great when it was time to do something but really wanted to play also. He loves to have a buddy to chase with.

Sounds like Whiskey will show why poodles need to be deleted from the smart list :cool:

I agree! Colonel Underpants wants to know if he;s interested in joining the Military Shelties of Nattering Springs as a Junior Cadet!
 
Haha, he did seem a little bit like he was standing at attention eh? Funny because I snapped a picture about two seconds after that one and it had motion wooshes as he whipped his head to look around. We won't speak of that though :wink2:

Yeah the other puppy owners were pretty jealous too, the trainer didn't use us for any demonstrations or anything, one poor young woman there was used nearly every time because she had an out of control pup. I think he'll have fun, he really opened up at the end and was having quite a bit of fun, we'll see how it goes next week.
 
shoot- we're going to puppy class just so Cranberry can play with other pups :smile2:
that training stuff- that's what sheltie school is for:wink2:
it's actually lessons for Callie but Cranberry gets his ears worked on and some work in too :yes:
 
Yeah, Whiskey wasn't big on the socialization party at the end. He stuck by me and caught sight of the other puppy's from between my ankles. Hopefully he'll open up soon, he's just shy. He does eventually get into a play bow and barking type deal but as soon as contact is made with another pup he hauls it back behind me. I'm hoping class will open him up a bit.
 
Justice hid under the chairs for the first 3 weeks of class during playtime. He didn't like the big goldens stomping on him. After that he decided he could herd them and life was grand.

For Diva, recess was her best subject.:wink2: She would even plow into the Labs but chase and be chased was her favorite.:smile2:
