FOUND SAFE! - Urgent!!! Missing Sheltie, FL

When I talked to Judy on the phone the day she got the call, we discussed the idea that it would be ok if someone found Ruffles and had taken her in. If she was just wandering the streets so much could happen, No food or clean water, possibility of running across the street and getting hurt. She said if someone took her in, and has fallen in love with her (how could you not fall in love with a sheltie), she could handle that. I agreed with her totally.

Yes...she definitely feels this way. Unfortunately, the call this past weekend (where the person said that she saw her on a busy road trying to cross traffic) got her thinking that she was not in someone's home, but rather still wandering around. I really felt bad for Judy, after she got that call.
 
But...if in fact someone does have her, and does not plan on giving her back, it would be nice if they sent an anonymous note to Judy letting her know that Ruffles is OK and being well cared for. The worry is just devastating.
 
Sorry for late post on this but was out of town for 2 weeks. I can't believe both Ruffles and Angus are missing.

Ruffles is a gorgeous sweet looking girl and I am so sorry for her new family and Judy (was her rescuer?). I am keeping her in my thoughts and prayers and will join the prayer group on Friday nights.

I would just come unglued if this were my dog...:cry:

I am really starting to feel helpless about poor Ruffles. She has been missing since May 22nd. If anyone has a facebook account and would like to help, please pm me. I will send you the link so that you can post her missing sheltie to your profile page. To those of you that have been relentlessly helping us out......we TRULY appreciate it. You are all wonderful.

I pray for Ruffles every day. Perhaps our prayers are being answered, but not in the way we wish. Ruffles may be in a place where she's needed in a special way...
 
Ruffles, we are all thinking of you and willing you to be found, safe. You are a special girl and so many people are praying for your well-being.

Please let there be a happy ending for this darling Sheltie girl.

Ruffles will be on the 11:00 news on channel 8 (in the Clearwater Florica area). They normally don't do lost dog stories but are impressed with how many people who have asked them to help find her.
