Gavin can't walk anymore :(

Gavin is doing better, but I think the heat is getting to him. He has been panting a bit on his short potty walks during the day.
But he is back to his normal self following me around, bugging me for dinner, etc..
Thinking about the beach this weekend, maybe we should do a shorter walk than normal in his wheelchair....
 
Gavin told me he was done after a short walk this morning. poor guy wasn't moving until I opened the door on his stroller, and he walked right up for a boost. I am still struggling with how best to help Gavin get more strength in his bad leg. I though short slow walks would be best, but maybe I should focus on more PT type exercises.

I ended up doing PT and massage therapy with Mr Chance in his later year with his bad rear leg and it really helped! Prayers and praise to you for being the best Sheltie mom ever!
