All back to normal! He is having beautiful poops, no accidents, and we are back to our walk schedule.
I get visits every night on my bed.
He has been 'helping' me in the bathroom while I get ready every morning.

I love my boy!!!!!

Thanks for the update. So good to hear he's back to normal, I'm sure he's happy too...diarrhea and vomiting can't make him feel good!

I spy on him quite a bit. was really useful when he was sick. I highly recommend them (webcams)
Now if only Gavin could hear I could talk to him through it!

My sister has the one that spits out treats and has camera and microphone. I swear all the dogs hear is blah blah blah lol.

I have an automated Kong dispenser that got used A LOT when Gavin was a puppy. spit one out every 1-2 hours. But since Gavin can't hear it beep anymore it doesn't get used. He would wake up and run into the kitchen every time he heard that beep cause it meant treat time. Great invention, though. sad when they discontinued it. Never giving mine away! Next pup will benefit

fyi.. GAVIN is sleeping on my foot. It's a race to see if my foot will asleep before he wakes up!

Yes I'd definitely hang onto that Kong dispenser. Gavin is so sweet! My dogs rarely sleep near me lol. I'm sure if I had a tv in the living room, they'd be vying for the spot beside me...Piper would win every time...he's my baby.

Today we went to fort funston; we had the week of illness, followed by a week of shorter walks.
So Gavin had not been in his cart for 2 weeks. He walked further than normal. we normally take 1 of 2 paths after a Y and he did both! we also met an older man with a smooth collie. His previous Collie had Degenerative Myolopathy and he bought him a cart but he never took to it.
