Heat advisory here 7 days in a row. We only walk early in the morning. Zulu refuses to walk in the evenings. I ask if he wants to go for a walk, I get that "no way" look.

I can certainly picture that look!

Not far off. Though that is actually late fall and spring. Winter stays a little below 70 mostly

I could live with winter temps in the 70’s but not if it meant summer in the 100’s! This has been the warmest summer I can remember here and no rain in so long! In a way I’m looking forward to fall and cooler temps lol!

Rain all this week and highs in the 80’s with humidity in the 90’s!
Wish I could send the rain out west!

Add 5 degrees and double your humidity. But after this weekend we tend to cool down slowly. My brother pointed out that the 8 hours mowing the new place was likely on the hottest days of the year for us. So far it has actually been a cool summer here after an almost cold spring.
