Hello

Hi Marcia. Ironically, I have a friend with 3 sheltie's that match the description of your three, plus...a bunny, a hamster, etc... Oh WAIT!! That's YOU!! haha... So glad to see you here as well Marcia.

okay Marcia tell them more about your pack and your dear Casey! So glad you are here. Susan (shevp) is here too but not in a while.

A little more about my furry babies...

Sammy, the oldest sheltie is nine years old. He is a real gentleman. Very kind, but, if he does not like someone (fur or skin), they know it. Sam is very attached to me.

Maddie, the middle sheltie is six years old. She is my mentor. She truly loves everyone. Maddie is not your typical sheltie, except for the fact she loves food and barks a lot. She is very much a couch potato. I tried her in obediance for show and she literally laid down by the jump (LOL).

Cassie, the youngest, is very, very shy. She is coming out of her shell more. She does not stop from the moment she opens her eyes, until she goes to sleep. She wants to go, go, go. With us, she is very sweet.

Catalina, the cat is a sweetie. She wasn't always a sweetie. She went through several homes before our home and had the "nasties" for a few years. She seems to be settling into her own.

Foo Foo, the bunny is like one of those tiny lap doggies. He really is cute. I adopted him from 2 ladies at work who originally rescued him.

Pricilla, the hamster is a cutie pie. What can I say? She enjoys humans and really has a personality.

Marmalade, the feral cat will not allow me close to him. He sure eats the food I put out daily and can eat like a large dog, even considerint the holistic food he gets treated to.

That is all about my doggies. I haven't been on in a while, and will try and become an active person on these boards.

I am new to your group, but, not new to shelties. We have 3 sheltie children, Sam (9 years old), Maddie (6 years old) and Cassie (3.5 years old). We also have a cat, hamster and bunny. In addition, we are friends with a feral cat, whom we feed and provide shelter to. I will be setting a "Have A Heart Trap" and taking the kitty to the vet to be checked out, spayed/neutered and shots.

welcome from south louisiana :smile2:

Welcome to you and all your furry faces! Cool you already know peeps and pups here!!! Best of luck w/ Marmalade. It's really good of you to try and get him to the vet for a check up and to be fixed, not to mention the awesome food he gets! I'm sure he appreciates it tons, just hard to show for some of the ferel furries out there. :wink2:
