Well I'm looking for a sable, preferably a girl but I wouldn't be disappointed with a boy. My mom who I live with is just as excited, I got her hooked too So after some debate it's Dalilah for a girl, and Reilly for a boy. We just found another breeder who's due to have some sable pups this month, so hopefully second time's the charm!

i'm a huge Blue Merle fan myself. I admit that one of the criteria I had when looking for pups was that I wanted a blue merle with at least one white eye. I didn't get the eye.. I got a chip of white but after meeting with the breeder and looking over all my options.. pewrsonality of the parents, breeding history, environment of the litter.. I settled on and fell in love with my Deja.

Since I've had her and have gotten to meet other sheltie owners here, I don't think color matters as much to me any more. They are all amazing.
