How much do you pay for dental cleaning? Sandstorm's estimate is $750 to 1200, have to cancel

Just out of curiosity, I contacted our pet insurance provider Embrace, and asked if dental issues were covered. Their response: "Thank you for reaching out to us. Dental illness coverage is something we are slowly but surely offering in our main accident and illness policies as the states approve it. Louisiana has approved the dental illness coverage for new policies and this new coverage for your current policy will be available to you come your renewal. As long as the dental issues were not a pre-existing issue, we will be offering coverage for things like periodontal disease and extractions. Dental cleanings and anything in regards to those, will still only be covered under our additional Wellness rewards plan". It is a start, and it will be interesting to see how much is actually covered, and how much this coverage will cost.

On a funny note, when my hubby retires at the end of this year our dental coverage will stop - I'm sure we'll have a heart attack the first time we have to pay for all of it out of pocket! Dentistry ain't cheap for man nor beast! :ROFLMAO:
