I'm wrapped around her finger when...

Annabelle points her nose down and looks up at you.

Clarabelle lightly slaps your arm with her paw. Over and Over and Over until you submit to running her belly.

Tara is less subtle. She jumps on you, puts one paw on both sides of your head and licks any exposed square of skin on your face.

Claire doesn't (yet) have me wrapped up so much but Chelsea (holy cow) she had me and she knew it! She had this trick if I was eating something and she was wilting ans wasting away from hunger (burfp) she would sit down and tilt her head and slightly raise one paw. I used to call this "the brown eye treatment" and I had no defense.

I was making chocolate banana bread and Honey was sad because there were no bowls for her to lick out...and she gave me the eyes...and I said, "No Honey, no chocolate for puppies"

And so she found the wrapper from this weekends cranberry bread, and held it up and sighed...

and suddenly I found myself in the kitchen attempting to make banana dog cookies. It didn't work, but bless her heart Honey sits there and gamely attempts to eat them.

:yuckyuck
Now that is one dedicated sheltie owner!

JacqueZ is going the extra mile to please her Honey!

Cleo does this nudging thing with her nose. She will put it under my arm or hand and nudge the life out of me until I notice she is there. In my do's and don't's for training, it tells me not to give in, but it is so darn cute I can't help myself!

Lol, I fully support giving into any action that encourages cuddling from shelties.

In order to encourage Honey to sit on my lap I'll grab a piece of cheese or a cookie and bribe her.

Really?! The second I give in, Cleo is throwing herself at me to get into my lap. If I had company at my house, they would probably think I ignore her all the time (which is the complete opposite). So no encouragement needed for me.
