Well, one of the things I am going to do 2012 is to keep a trainingjournal.
Does anyone here write about their training (on a regular basis, after each training)? What do you write?
I have a problem with structuring the journal. It has to be simple so it doesn't take a lot of time, but it has to be enough advanced so it helps to make the training go forward.
I don't know if I want to log each moment individual or to log day after day.
Any thoughts?
(I hope that you "get the message", I'm from Sweden so it is a bit awkward to write in a different language)
