Hmmmm... I am getting the faintest whiff of puppy fever on this thread.... and that's from EVERYONE! :lol:

She looks really cute. I think you're just seeing her black lip - (we call' em rubber lips), but it's hard to tell from the picture. Good thing for me Texas is so far away!

Seriously, as someone who held off forever getting another Sheltie, I can say I wouldn't be without at least two!
 
Of course you realize that Ellie's behavior and temperament will probably improve lots with a Sheltie sister, right? Unless she teaches Libby bad habits, like Barkley did with Checkers....:rolleyes2:

But still, they do keep each other busy and that's a good thing! :winkgrin:
 
Well, actually Ellie's behavior has been so golden that it would be scary to change it in any way. She really has become an awesome dog! She is sweet as always, but so much in tune to us and obedient and mature. It's like someone switched dogs on us and I am REALLY glad they did!
