Missing my Loved Sheltie - Plymouth MI - FOUND SAFE!

Im so sorry that your baby is missing! I lost my girl back in may and was frantic. You are doing all the right things. Did Milo have tags on? Hopefully someone will call. My heart goes out to to! I live about 2 hours away from you . I will call the lady I know here in town that runs the sheltie rescue. She also has a foster mom thats down by South Lyon. That way if they get a call about a sheltie . I alerted them when mine was missing. Do you have another dog at home? If so take it for a walk and he maybe can smell where his friend went. My other sheltie walked me almost to the door where my girl went! If I hear anything I will post asap for you! May god bless you and your baby by bringing him home safe!

We all prayed for Milo on Sunday at church. Keep looking -- we've seen Shelties found after weeks away -- and they were safe and sound. Never give up!

Attention all!!

Milo is home and safe and happy!!

I want to thank you all from every inch on my heart!! After 2 and 1/2 horrid weeks Milo was spotted and so I searched. Sure enough that 6 month old scared and smart Sheltie made it. He spent that time deep in the woods that I would have never thought he would go, but, he is such an amazing little boy. The microchip, nor the dog tags helped in this situation, just all your prayers and thoughts brought him home!! You all are my hero's and me and Milo thank you so much. We both have made a vow to visit the shelter with home made treats every Christmas because it hurt my heart so much to see them all there with out anyone looking for them. And just so you all know, shelties must have some amazing endurance, it has been well below zero and very wet out. He is so safe and home!!!! Thank you all again, and please, for anyone that reads this, NEVER EVER GIVE UP!! He never did and neither did his dad.!!
With love, thank you all!!!

I too got teary reading the fantastic news. Oh, my, how you were in my thoughts, and every time I looked into the eyes of my dogs. What a wonderful Christmas present you have been given. When you feel up to it, I am sure all of us would like to hear how you found him. Did he recognize you? Was someone able to approach him?
A big hug from all the dogs at Rabbit Run.
