Just wanted to update - Riley is still being seen. Wanted to bring his story back up since he's been missing for a month now.

Poor little guy...it is so cold in MA and he must be both hungry and beyond terrified. At least he is still alive and as long as he is there is hope. I just pray he will be caught soon. Hopefully they are using a Have A Heart trap baited with food...often that is the only way a frightened little sheltie ends up getting caught.

My heart is just breaking knowing how terrified and hungry he must be. 
Prayers being sent again for Riley and his family.
Glad he is still alive and will eventually trust someone enough to get his into a safe and warm environment to eventually be reunited with his family.
