My angel is gone

I am so sorry about Rascal! It is heartbreaking enough when you know it is coming, but at least you can say goodbye.....My heart goes out to you!

I'm sorry that this is my first post. I just found this site through a search. I just wanted to share my grief with fellow Sheltie lovers. My little angel Rascal died suddenly on Sunday. He was only 9 and I never saw this coming. The vet says he had a tumor on his heart that ruptured. We never even knew it. I am really glad to find this site and when I get my next Sheltie will not delay in sharing all the good news.

I am so, so sorry that you had to lose your baby so suddenly and so young. Young, or old, it's never, ever easier. When I saw his picture, I just had to tell you that he looks alot like my little Baron. He's also a bi-black. I know he blessed your life during the time he was given, and when the time is right...your next little one will keep you going ;-).

So sorry to hear of your loss, it's never easy when we lose our furkids. Know that here, at least, people understand what you're going through.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss of Rascal. I don't think we ever really lose our previous pups...they are still with us in our hearts and just outside our view. It's so tough to lose them suddenly, as you did. I hope you find room for another furkid and can share that experience with us here.

I am so sorry about Rascal. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I am glad you found us. I certainly understand the pain you are in. I know you have lots of fond memories of Rascal and soon all those wonderful memories will fill the hurt.

what a beautiful little Sheltie. I am very sorry for your loss, and that it happened so suddenly. like the others, I understand your pain..

Once again I thank each and every one of you. I truelly feel grateful to have found all of you fellow Sheltie lovers. I miss him so much. I can't even look at his picture without breaking down.

So sorry for your loss. Losing loved ones is never easy. He looks so comfortable in the arms of Love, I will assume that that's you in the picture with him.

Tears of loss will, with time, be replaced with tears of joy. Joy for being chosen to share in that life, Joy knowing his heart works as it should, while he waits at the bridge.
