New Research on Senior Health

Fingers crossed that Flurry continues to improve! We’ve all been there and it’s such a huge worry when the medication doesn’t seem to work! Here’s hoping tonight is an even better night!:fl:fl:fl

AARRGGGHH. Now Checkers has it. The *exact* same symptoms!!!

I have to say Metronidazole did not touch Flurry's issue, whatever it is. She's on day 10 of the meds and still not completely cured. I'm switching them to ProPectalin and Slippery Elm. I think the drug may be hurting more than helping.

Oh Ann, no!!! What on earth could be happening. My hubby came home from his Colorado River trip with giardia so I somewhat feel your pain, but the Flagyl (metronidazole) has done the trick finally. Could they be getting into some kind of wildlife poop?

I thought it might be from the bunny poop in the yard but not all the eaters have it. Sprite had a touch of it but it's been manageable. Misty, Ruffles and Lacey are fine....so far. I know there's wildlife in our yard at night because they're all out there sniffing in the mornings...racoons, possums, and today our bear visited to remove my bird feeders again. It could be anything. And I wormed them this week too, so it's not that. Glad your hubby is OK!
