Older sheltie wants nothing to do with new sheltie puppy

OMG - that is so cute! I love how Penny is body blocking him - Deska does that with Tully (because she is half is size). Penny is acting like a puppy too!
 
Penny is doing a great job at playing but not being too aggressive. She could have laid him on his back 8 times over, but she's aware that he's only a little one. I think she's still maintaining her dominance, but in a positive way.

I think you have a good thing going there!
 
She lays down the law when its needed though. Sometimes he likes to grab and pull her hair! A little odd behavior from Penny. One time he got underneath her and she was rocking back and forth like he was rubbing on something and it was making her itch on him! LOL
