I feel like I have an electrical current running through me! Still nothing from the vet…
 
Piper is doing great although still wearing the bonnet lol. I saw him sleeping sooo peacefully last night and thought for a moment “maybe not tonight”…and then thought of him messing up his chin after his initial 2 week checkup and thought NOPE! Back on with it!
Other than that he’s great…loving life, eats with gusto (and manages to bite the spoon in his excitement) and barks at everything outside!
I did catch my mom attempting to feed him a crust of bread today…fortunately it was too big and he couldn’t eat it. No bread…no carbs!!! lol
Hard to fault my mom…at 96 she thinks a mooching dog is a hungry dog!
 
That's great news, Very happy to hear Piper is doing well. Teddy said he would be glad to be your Mom's friend, he has never seen a scrap of food left unclaimed :)
Don't give into temptation with the bonnet, I know how hard it is to do, but neither of us want our pups to have to start over.. :)
